Section 4 - Configuration
On the USB Storage / Samba page, you can enable the router's built-in Samba server and use it to provide access to the USB storage to users of
your LAN.
Samba
Enable Samba
Toggle this to enable or disable the Samba server.

Configuring a Samba Server
Anonymous login
Toggle this to allow or disallow anonymous access to the content of
the USB storage for users of your LAN.
Work group
Leave the value specified by default or specify a new name of a
workgroup. Participants of the workgroup will have access to the
contents of the USB storage.
Short description
Specify an additional description for the USB storage.
NetBIOS
Specify a name for the USB storage device. This will be displayed to
users of your LAN.
Directories
To allow access to only a certain folder of the USB storage, click the ADD (+) button.
Name
Specify a name for the selected folder. This will be displayed to users of
your LAN.
Path
Specify the folder to grant access to.
