Problem
No power to SIB board
SIB BOARD 1 MISSING
displayed on the
controller.
SIB NOT CONFIGURED

Green LED's on SIB board
are blinking or dim.

Probable Causes
A.
J1 connection unplugged
B.
Fuse blown.
C.
Transformer malfunction
Loose wire connection.
SIB board not configured
Damaged harness between J2 on the VIB board to
J9 on the SIB board.
Meter
Setting
1 on J1 and GROUND
7 and 8 on J6
5 on J2 and GROUND
3 on J1 and GROUND
Disconnect and test across probe leads
2 on Probe Connector and GROUND
3 on J1 and 4 on J1
A.
Check to ensure J1 on front of SIB board is
fully locked into connector.
B.
Ensure fuse located at the bottom of the
control box is not blown and cap is securely
tightened.
C.
Check that proper voltage is present at
transformer. See table in section 1.10.4.
Ensure the connector from the touch screen is
securely attached to plug J6 on the SIB board.
Replace the SIB board.
Inspect for heat damage and routing of harness
close to the frypot. If damaged replace harness
(8075555).
