Disconnect the unit from its power source, then remove the power cord from the unit. Use a flat head
head screwdriver to remove the fuse holder. Remove the fuse located inside the fuse holder and
replace it with the new fuse of the same rating. Re-install the fuse holder.
T R O U B L E S H O O T I N G
Listed below are a few common problems the user may encounter, with potential solutions.
Unit not responding to DMX:
• Check that the DMX cables are connected and wired correctly (pin 3 is "hot"; on some other DMX
devices, pin 2 may be "hot"). Also, check that all cables are connected to the right connectors, as
the order in which the inputs and outputs are connected can affect the unit's operation.
• Some DMX modes have a dimmer channel. Make sure the dimmer channel is not at 0%.
Unit does not respond to sound:
• Quiet or high pitched sounds will not activate the unit.
Make sure that sound active mode is enabled. Refer to the Operating Instructions section of this

manual for detailed information.
C L E A N I N G
Due to fog residue, smoke, and dust, cleaning the internal and external optical lenses must be carried
out periodically to optimize light output.
• Use normal glass cleaner and a soft cloth to periodically wipe down the outside casing and external
optics.
• Always be sure to dry all parts completely before plugging the unit back in.
Cleaning frequency depends on the environment in which the fixture operates (i.e. smoke, fog residue,
dust, dew).
