reversed.

c) The remote sensor is not covered or blocked by other object.

No backup device is detected when exporting recorded files?
Possible reasons:

There is no backup device connected with the device.
b)
The device and your backup device are not compatible.
c)
Initialize the backup device before using.

The backup device is damaged.
