Room Extension
1. After selecting Conference Room A or B, use the VOL (+ or -) buttons to scroll up or
down to Room Extension.
2. Press the Select softkey.
3. Key in an extension number in the range between 2000-2099.
4. Press Select softkey to save.
Note: The default setting is 2000.
Password
1. After selecting Conference Room A or B, use the VOL (+ or -) buttons to scroll up or
down to Password.
2. Press the Select softkey.
3. Key in a 4 digit password.

Admin Password

User can change the administrator password here.
1. Press the Menu softkey.
2. Use the VOL (+ or -) buttons to scroll to Administrator.
5. Use the VOL (+ or -) buttons to scroll to Admin Password.
6. Input a new password using the keypad.
the phone will emit an error tone and stay at the second input menu.
Note: The password length should be less than 16 digits.
Set Hold Music (Optional)
The option allows you to set the hold music.
1. Press the Menu softkey.
2. Use the VOL (+ or -) buttons to scroll to Administrator.
3. Press the Select softkey to con rm.
4. Input your password and press the Select softkey to con rm.
5. Use the VOL (+ or -) buttons to scroll to Set Hold Music.
6. Press Select softkey to con rm.
