Step 1: Charge Your Hearing Aids
Hearing aids should be fully charged before using for the first
time.
Indicators on the tip of the thin tube near the dome will identify
•
the aid as right or left. Right aid will have a red indicator. Left aid
will have a blue indicator.
Plug the USB end of the charging cable into the charge plug.
•
Plug the USB-C end of the charging cable into the charging
dock.
Hearing aids must be powered off to charge. Hearing aids will
•
not properly charge if placed in charger while powered on. If
hearing aids are off, you will not hear feedback/chirping as you
cup them in your hand. To turn aids off, press and hold the
upper portion of the rocker switch for 3 seconds. When the aid
is off, the light on the aid will flash blue.
Place the aids in the charging wells: Right aid in the right well,

left aid in the left well. When properly inserted in the charging
