Your device uses Zinc air-activated 312 batteries. Make sure you peel the sticker - after you have done this, wait up to 5 minutes before inserting the battery. Feedback / Chirping: If you hear a high-pitched sound when you put the device in the ear canal, you’re having feedback. Change between different dome sizes to one that fits better, and insert the Troubleshooting device as swiftly as possible to avoid feedback.
