DIP SWITCHES Dip switches are used for choosing of control unit mode. Switching must be done on de-energized system. ATTENTION! Before first time use, make sure that the DIP switches 1 and 2 are in the correct positions. PROGRAMMING «If the time to make service is coming, the operation display is blocked. In this case, «Ser» permanently displayed and service LED lights. Reset flag service main- tenance performed in the extended menu. The same applies to the error indication; if during operation occurred exceptional situation, the de-energizing the system to the display will show a message «ErX», where X - number error. ENTERING TO THE PROGRAMMING MODE To enter the programming mode, switch on the control unit, turning the main switch to position «I». Make sure that the control unit power indicator lights, press briefly ‘Down’ button, then simultaneously press the “UP” button and “Auto” button within five seconds. «UH *» symbol in digital display means that you are in the programming mode (* - Flashing). PROGRAMMING «1 - available until the reset of service mode has not performed Items 1 - 5 refer to the main, 6 - 9 to the extended menu. EXIT PROGRAMMING Exit of programming mode and saving the changed values is done automatically after setting the last parameter of menu item and pressing briefly «»Up»» button.» 7. CONTROL UNIT OPERATION 7.1. OPERATING Turn the main switch to «I» position. Check that the control unit power indicator lights, then press up button for lifting of dockleveler. Keep the button pressed until complete lifting of DL and lip open. Then release button up and wait while the lip will come down to the truck body. WARNING! Don’t switch off power while dockleveler is being used. Only in case of emergency. Emergency stop function integrated into the main switch. Use this function ONLY in case of emergency. It may not be used during loading/unloading, as the dock leveller is unable to follow the vertical movements of truck which could lead to damage of hydraulic system. 7.2. RETURN TO THE INITIAL POSITION After finish of loading/unloading dock leveler has to initial position. Press auto button once, dockleveler will back to parking position automatically.
