The "Mainboard" and "Device ID" fields should match your machine. These numbers are located on the engraver's
motherboard. To check them, first turn off and unplug your engraver. Unscrew and open the control panel.
The motherboard should be located along the front wall of this compartment.
Find the device ID in the white box along one side of the board. Find the mainboard ID in the text on the other end
of the board.
