OPERATION

Control Panel:
1.
Place the dehydrator on a level, heat proof surface.
2.
Put the food on the trays. Do not overload the trays and never overlap the food. Close
the door.
3.
Plug the food dehydrator into a power outlet, the appliance will "beep", the LED will
turn on and display "8888"and all the buttons will also illuminate.
4.
After 3 seconds, all the buttons except the TIME/TEMP button will turn off and the
LED will display "0000"
5.
Press the TIME/TEMP button, the LED will display the default time setting of "10:00"
along with the default temperature of 70°C. Press the START/STOP to begin cooking.
The set timer will commence counting down.
Note: The heating element will begin working 5 seconds after the START/STOP
button is pressed.
To Adjust Temperature (35 ° C-75 ° C)

Press the TIME/TEMP button and the LED will display the current set temperature.
Press the + or – buttons once to increase or decrease the temperature in 5°C
increments until the desired temperature is selected. To change the temperature
rapidly, hold down the + or – buttons. The temperature range for this dehydrator is
35°C to 75°C. Press the START/STOP button 3 seconds after the temperature is set
to begin cooking.
Note: Set a lower temperature for thin/small pieces of food or for cooking a small
volume of food. Set a higher temperature for drying thick/big pieces of food or for
cooking a large volume of food. The thermostat can also be used to decrease the
temperature as the food is near the end of its drying cycle making it easier to control
the final moisture level in the food.
7.
To Set Timer (30mins - 24hrs)
Press the TIME/TEMP button and the LED will display the current set timer. (If the
temperature is displayed, press the TIME/TEMP button again). Press the + or –
buttons until the desired time is displayed. If you hold down the + or – buttons, the
time will change rapidly.
