Make sure a computer is connected to the monitor with a USB-C cable.

Make sure the LED lights up when connecting a LAN cable to the monitor.

Check if [USB Functionality] is set to [Auto] or [On].

Check if [USB LAN] is set to [On].

Make sure the driver is installed.
