No fuel

Poor battery cable connection
Refer to provided engine manual for additional troubleshooting
Pressure nozzle clogged
Inlet water screen clogged
Pump sucking air
Low detergent level
Detergent screen clogged
Detergent metering valve not
opening
Pressure nozzle clogged
Inlet clogged
Spray nozzle worn or incorrect
size
Inadequate water supply
Pump sucking air
Air in system
Defective unloader valve
Water leak between unloader
valve and trigger gun
No fuel
Adjustable thermostat set too low Raise temperature setting.

CORRECTIVE ACTION
Replenish supply.
Charge battery.
Clean battery terminals and check cables.
Clean pressure nozzle.
Clean.
Fill the detergent container. Check for loose
hose clamps or fittings.
Replenish supply.
Clean.
Check that handle or knob is not slipping on
shaft.
Clean.
Clean.
Replace.
Increase water supply.
Fill the detergent container. Check for loose
hose clamps or fittings.
Open and close trigger gun several times.
Repair or replace.
Check fittings, hose and trigger gun for leaks.
Repair or replace.
Replenish supply.
Repair or replace.
Refer to Oil Burner Manual provided with
machine.
Check AC generator.
Readjust. Refer to Oil Burner Section under
Installation.
Use kerosene, #1 Grade Home Heating Oil, #1
or #2 Diesel Fuel.
DO NOT USE GASOLINE.
