This guide provides instructions for configuring and connecting your Skyus 160.
one: install SIM cards
Step
– Remove battery cover and
battery to expose SIM slots.
– Slide SIM socket retainer to
unlocked position.
– Lift SIM retainer.
– Place SIM in appropriate slot in
orientation shown. If using only
one SIM, you can use either slot.
– Press down retainer.
– Move retainer to locked position.
– Reinstall battery and battery
cover.
two: connect antennas
Step
Finger tighten your antennas onto the threaded antenna ports*. NOTE: At a minimum,
be sure to connect antennas to CELL 1 and CELL 2. The device will not work without cell
antennas connected.

* Recommended torque is 5 in-lbs.
** Ensure GPS antenna is located with clear access to GNSS satellites.

settings, press and hold for 15 seconds.
