5.3 Operating

•
Prior to using, clean the casing as well as the supplied GN container and the
perforated dish thoroughly with warm water and a mild detergent.
•
Afterwards, dry the device, the GN container and the perforated dish thoroughly with
a soft, dry cloth.
•
Place the GN container into the intended receptacle.
•
Connect the device to a single, earthed mains outlet.
•
Turn on the switch for the heater. The control lamp for the heater lights up.
NOTE!
Always pre-heat the device before filling it with food.
•
Now fill the desired warm food into the GN container to keep it warm.
WARNING! Danger of burn!
The surface of the device gets very hot during operation. To prevent injuries, do
not touch the hot surface with your bare hands.
•
Turn on the switch for the top lamp. The control light for this lamp lights up.
NOTE!
The supplied perforated tray can be used to warm e.g. French fries, vegetables, etc.
•
Separate the device from the mains outlet when it is no longer used (pull the mains
plug).
