Windows NT DLL
All DOME Windows drivers include the
mdpcint.dll
library. This DLL provides an application interface to
the driver.

When you work in Windows NT
4.0-compatible mode,
use only those functions without the MM suffix.
Other functions listed in this chapter are not available for
the Windows NT operating system; these functions all have
the MM suffix.
