DMdVersion Structure
Purpose The
MDlib API.
DMdVersion

Full compatibility with the API exists only if both the major
and minor version numbers match. The subversion number,
however, does not need to match for full compatibility.
If the major version number does not match, the program is
unable to operate. When the major version number changes,
backward compatibility is not provided.
