Setting user data
You must enter personal user parameters in order to measure your body fat percentage and other
physical data.
The scale has 10 user memory locations which allows, for example, you and your family members to save
personal settings and retrieve them later.
• Press 'ON'.
• Wait until '0.0' is displayed.
• Press 'SET'.
• Select the required memory space with the / key and confirm with the 'SET' key
• Now you can adjust the following settings:
User data
Age
Body height
Sex
Degree of activity
• Modifying values: Press
• Confirming entries: Press the 'SET' button.
• After the values are set, '0.0' appears in the display as well as the entered user data.
• Now the scale is ready to measure your weight. Now step onto the scale. Stand still on the scale with
your weight distributed evenly between both legs. The scale immediately begins to measure your
weight.
If no further action is taken, the scale switches itself off.

Selection of the degree of activity must refer to the medium and long term.

7. Operation

Place the scale on a firm level floor (no carpet); a firm floor covering is required for correct mea-
surement.
Only weight measurement
Press the 'ON' button. In the display, '8888' appears (fig. 1), then '0.0' (fig. 2).
Now the scale is ready to measure your weight. Now step onto the scale. Stand still
on the scale with your weight distributed evenly between both legs. The scale imme-
diately begins to measure your weight.

Physical activity
None.
Low: A small amount of light physical effort (e.g. short walks, light garden work,
gymnastic exercises).
Medium: Physical effort for 30 minutes at least 2 to 4 times a week.
High: Physical effort for 30 minutes at least 4 to 6 times a week.
Very high: Intensive physical effort, intensive training or hard physical work for at
least one hour daily.
