The unit can be switched on,
but the temperature is too
high/low
Water leaks from the
appliance
The following problems are not a malfunction:
The hissing of the water can be heard when the cooling unit is working. This is normal because the refrigerant is circulating in
the system.
In the wet season, condensation may form on the outside of the unit. This is not a malfunction, the cause is excessive humidity.
Simply use a cloth to wipe off the condensation.

Door open
Probe alarms P1 and P2 start a few seconds after the fault in the associated probe; they stop automatically a few seconds after
the probe has restarted normal operation. Check the connections before replacing the probe. Temperature alarms HA and LA
stop automatically when the temperature returns to normal. Alarms EA and CA (with iF = bl) are restored as soon as the digital
input is deactivated.

Too much ice on the evaporator / defrost the appliance, condenser is dusty / call a qualified
technician, Unsuitable food is stored in the appliance / remove hot food or products
blocking the fan, appliance is overloaded / store less food in the appliance.
The appliance is not level / adjust the screw feet so that the appliance is level (if
applicable), the drain is blocked / clean the drain, water cannot drain / clean foreign matter
from the bottom of the appliance (if applicable), the water tank is damaged / call a qualified
technician, the drip tray is overflowing / empty the drip tray (if applicable).
