6) To reassemble a new plate heat exchanger, proceed in a reverse way than disassembling..
● At the connection of water pipe nut and plate heat exchanger, and at the connection of water pipe nut and water pipe nozzle, a rubber
gasket needs to be installed to prevent water leakage.
● When removing the plate heat exchanger, be careful not to damage the gasket. If damaged, it needs to be replaced with a new one;
●
Proceed in a reverse way to reassemble a new plate heat exchanger, and check whether there is water leakage after reassembly.

2.3.8.6 Removing the 3-Way Reversing Valve

The 3-Way valve consists of two parts: the valve body and the actuator. The valve body is brass, the actuator is the electrical
part, and a threaded connection is adopted between the two parts. Turn the nut counterclockwise to complete the disassembly
(as shown in the figure below).
1) Remove the upper front panel as explained in "2.3.1 Removing the upper front panel".
2) Rotate the electrical box by 93° as explained in "2.3.5 Opening the electrical box".
3) Remove the 3-Way reversing valve as is shown in the figure below. If it is only the actuator that is damaged, it suffices to
complete "Step1". If the valve body is damaged, all steps need to be completed..
4) To reassemble a new reversing valve, proceed in a reverse way than disassembling.
① If only the actuator is damaged, replace the actuator after completing "Step1";
② If the valve body is damaged, proceed in a reverse way than disassembling to replace a new reversing valve.
When replacing the reversing valve, please note that the valve body spool can only be in the two states shown in the figure
below, and no other states can occur. If the spool is in a different state, it will cause control abnormality.
Using wrenches and so on, the spool of the valve body can be turned. When installing, ensure that the valve body spool
matches with the rectangular notch of the actuator.
