    PRE-ASSEMBLY PREPARATION Before you start: 1. Choose a clean, level, spacious assembly area. Avoid hard surfaces that may damage the product 2. Take care when lifting. Product should be assembled as near as possible to the point of use 3. Ensure that you have all required contents for complete assembly 4.

  • Page 8 STEP 3: Insert panel (1) (2) into hole in panel (3) (4) (5) (6) (7). Insert panel (10) into grooves between panel (1) (2) (3) (4).
  • Page 9 STEP 4: Fix panel (1) (2) to panel (3) (4) (5) (6) (7) with cam lock (C). C=20 STEP 5: Fix support tube (J-4) to support tube (J-2) (J-3) with bolt (G1) (G2), Fix metal leg (J-1) to support tube (J-2) (J-3) with bolt (G1).
  • Page 10 STEP 6: Fix metal leg (J-1) and support tube (J-2) to bottom panel (2) with bolt (G1), lock washer (Z1), washer (Z2). Using allen key (H) to fix 100% as shown.
  • Page 11 STEP 7: Attach hinge (I-1) to panel (3) (6) with screw (V2). STEP 8: Attach hinge (I2) to door panel (11B) with screw (V2). Attach hinge (I3) to door panel (11A) with screw (V2). Attach handle (U) to door panel (11A) (11B) with bolt.
  • Page 12 STEP 9:Insert the shelf support (L) into the panel (3) (5) (6) (7), as shown. L=12 STEP 10:Put the panel (8) (9) on the shelf support.
  • Page 13 STEP 11: Insert the door (11A) (11B) into the hinge (I-1), as shown. STEP 12: Adjust to proper position.
  • Page 14 STEP 13-1:Fix cam pin (O) to panel (12) (13) (14) (15). STEP 13-2: Fix panel (14) (15) to panel (13) with cam lock (P). Insert panel (16) into grooves between panel (12) (13) (14) (15). Fix panel (14) (15) to panel (12) with cam lock (P). STEP 13-3:Fix rails (N-2) to panel (14) (15) with screw (V1) Attach handle (U) to panel (12) with bolt.

  • Page 17 SAFETY BRACKETS INSTRUCTIONS 1. Attach one Mounting Plate to the wall with the Large Screws. Make sure to attach the Mounting Plate into a stud. If mounting into brick or masonry you will need to acquire wall anchors. 2. Attach the second Mounting Plate to the furniture frame with the Short Screws.
