Repair

Disconnect the Air Motor

1. Disconnect the Displacement Pump Lower, page
9.
2. Remove the tie rods (2) from the air motor (1).
3. Disconnect the air hose and the DataTrak cable.
4. Use a socket to remove the four mounting screws
(MS).

5. Lift the air motor (1) out of the mounting bracket.
6. Refer to your air motor manual for repair
instructions.

Connect the Air Motor

1. Place the air motor (1) into the mounting bracket.
2. Install the four mounting screws (MS). See F
3. Connect the air hose and the DataTrak cable.
4. Screw the tie rods (2) into the bottom cover of the
air motor (1). Torque the tie rods to 5-10 ft-lb (1-13.5
N•m).
5. Connect the Displacement Pump Lower, page 9.
