building, plug your
vehicle into the
station. If your

consider charging

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What should I do if I sell my
vehicle?
• Perform a master reset to clear
previously stored charge stations and
settings. See Performing a Master
Reset (page 555).
Why is my vehicle not providing
power?
• Make sure the settings are set to
automatic or manual mode.
• Make sure the vehicle is plugged in
properly.
• Check that the charge station pro and
home integration system are working
properly.
