A / Transmitter
• Switch the transmitter on by setting button (2) to VOX
(tripped on voice, recommended) or to ON (continuous
operation). The power on indicator (1) will light up
green.
• Select either channel 1 or 2 using the Channel Selector
Switch (3) .
• Place the transmitter about 1 m from the cradle,
directing the microphone (6) towards the baby.
• Under VOX mode, once the built-in microphone
picks up any sound from the baby, the transmitter
will automatically switches into transmit mode and the
transmit indicator (4) lights up. When the baby stop
making sound, the transmitter will return to standby
mode and the transmit indicator goes off.
• Under ON (continuous transmission) mode, the
transmitter will always transmit no matter the baby
is making any sound or not. This is useful if you
want to monitor the slightest sound of the baby. For
conventional supervision, you are advised to use the
"VOX" mode.
• The condition of the batteries is shown by the indicator
(1). When the batteries are flat, the intensity fades and
becomes red.
