Chevrolet Groove Owner Manual (GMNA-Localizing-MidEast-17286929) -
2023 - CRC - 6/28/22
Tire Pressure Indication (if equipped)
It shows the air pressure of each tire
monitored by the Tire Pressure Monitoring
System (TPMS) in bar.
When the tire pressure is too low or too
high, the corresponding tire pressure value
flashes. Adjust the tire pressure.
For the standard tire pressures, see Vehicle
Data 0 167.
Caution
Keep the tire pressure within the
reference range, otherwise the tire service
life and vehicle controllability can be
reduced, or flat tire can happen which is
very dangerous.
Indirect Tire Pressure Monitor System
Reset (if equipped)
For vehicle equipped with indirect TPMS (tire
pressure monitoring system), must reset
TPMS after tire replacement or tire pressure
inflation adjustment, steps as:
1. Inflate all four tires to standard tire
pressure, see vehicle parameter.
Instruments and Controls
2. Press the reset button
(if equipped)
on the instrument panel for two seconds
to reset the indirect TPMS.
3. The cluster shows Tire pressure reset
succeed indicates the indirect TPMS
successfully reset.
Note
When first time using the car, it is
suggested to do TPMS reset as above.
Must inflate all four tires to standard
pressure before reset TPMS.
This TPMS reset is only needed for
indirect TPMS, direct TPMS does not need
TPMS reset and have no reset button.
