HELPFUL HINTS NOTE: To avoid damage, ensure screws are hand tightened. DO NOT USE POWER TOOLS TO ASSEMBLE YOUR UNIT. 1person... - Page 5 STEP 1 Insert the five castors (A) into the base (B) as shown in the diagram, make sure all castors are firmly inserted.
- Page 6 STEP 2 Turn the base (B) right side up, insert gas lift (C) into the centre hole of base (B) as shown in the diagram.
- Page 7 STEP 3 x x 4 4 Attach the seat plate (D) to the base of the seat cushion (G) using screws (1) and tighten with allen wrench (3). Do not full tighten the screws until all screws are in place.
- Page 8 STEP 4 Carefully lower the seat plate (D) onto the gas lift (C) as shown in the diagram.
- Page 9 STEP 5 x1 (Right) Attach the right armrest (E) to the seat cushion (G) with screws (2) and tighten 70% with allen wrench (3). DO NOT fully tighten.
- Page 10 STEP 6 x1 (Left) Attach the left armrest (F) to the seat cushion (G) with screws (2) and tighten 70% with allen wrench (3). DO NOT fully tighten.
- Page 11 STEP 7 Attach the back cushion (H) to the armrests (E) and (F), insert the screws (2) into each upper hole of armrests (E) and (F) into the back cushion (H) as shown in the diagram. Tighten 70% with allen wrench (3). DO NOT fully tighten.
- Page 12 STEP 8 Lift the back cushion (H) up as shown in the diagram. Insert screws (2) into each bottom hole of armrests (E) and (F) into the back cushion (H). Do not tighten screws before all parts are in the right place.
- Page 13 STEP 9 Assembled View: Tighten all screws using allen wrench (3). Place the caps (I) over the screws holes in the armrests (E) and (F) — four caps per side. The assembly is complete, ensure all screws are tightened before use.
