- Page 4 La centrale elettronica è adatta per il movimento di cancelli e porte automatiche, comandati da attuatori elettromeccanici con motori asincroni monofase funzionanti a 230 Vac, nel nostro caso i modelli OTTO o ROBO prodotti da Nice. La centrale permette azionamenti in modo “semiautomatico” oppure “automatico”; durante il movimento vengono controllati i consensi dai dispositivi di sicurezza (ingressi ALT e FOTO).

Intervenire manualmente sul finecorsa APRE e portarlo in posizione di intervento, quindi dare alcuni impulsi sull’ingresso Passo- Passo (sempre in numero pari) e verificare che l’anta si muova solo in senso di chiusura, poi far intervenire il finecorsa CHIUDE e verificare che l’unico senso del movimento sia apertura .

The electronic unit is designed to control the movement of automatic gates and doors, controlled by electromechanical actuators with single-phase asynchronous motors running on 230 Vac, in our case the models OTTO or ROBO made by Nice. Both “semiautomatic” and “automatic” operations are possible with this unit; while the gate or door is moving the consents are controlled by the safety devices (STOP and PHOTOCELL inputs). -

Die elektronische Steuerzentrale ist für das Bewegen automatischer Türen und Tore geeignet, die von elektromechanischen Antrieben mit einphasigen Asynchronmotoren mit 230 Vac betrieben werden, in unserem Fall die von Nice hergestellten Modelle OTTO oder ROBO. Die Zentrale erlaubt den Betrieb auf “halbautomatisch” oder “automatisch”; während der Bewegung werden die Zustimmungen der Sicherheitsvorrichtungen (Eingänge HALT und PHOTOZELLE) kontrolliert. -

43-44 : Antenne = Eingang für die Antenne des Funkempfängers An der Karte ist ein Verbinder für das Einstecken der von Nice hergestellten FUNKempfänger vorhanden. Es wird empfohlen, die eventuelle Sonderkarte RADIO erst nach Beendigung der Installation und nach Überprüfung der Betriebstüchtigkeit der Anlage einzubauen. -

Spannung in Gleichstrom ( 5 = negativ - , 6 = positiv + ), daher die Polung beachten, wenn das Zubehör angeschlossen wird. • ACHTUNG: die Gleichstromspannung an den von Nice hergestellten Photozellen erlaubt den synchronisierten Betrieb nicht (für den die Wechselstromspeisung unbedingt notwendig ist ) . -

Deutsch G) Nun wird auf die Überprüfung der Anschlüsse der Endschaltereingänge übergegangen (nur, falls diese in der Version OTTO benutzt werden). Prüfen, ob der Torflügel etwa auf Hälfte Lauf ist, so dass er sich frei in beide Richtungen bewegen kann. Den Endschalter ÖFFNET von Hand betätigen und in die Eingriffsposition bringen, dann ein paar Impulse auf den Eingang Schrittzyklus (immer eine gleiche Zahl) geben und prüfen, ob sich das Tor nur in Schließrichtung bewegt, dann den Endschalter SCHLIEßT eingreifen lassen und prüfen, ob die Bewegung nur in Richtung Öffnung erfolgt. -

Falls während der Pause ein Eingriff von PHOTOZELLE erfolgt, wird der Zeitgeber auf eine neue Pausezeit rückgestellt; sollte dagegen während der Pausezeit ein Eingriff auf HALT erfolgen, wird die Wiederschließfunktion gelöscht und auf ein STOP übergegangen. 4) PROGRAMMIERUNG: Die Zentrale verfügt über eine Reihe Mikroschalter, mit denen die verschiedenen Funktionen aktiviert werden können, so dass die Anlage dem Bedarf des Benutzers besser angepasst werden kann und unter den verschiedenen Einsatzbedingungen sicherer ist. -
