NOTES:
1. Before installing the indoor unit, provide a hole (
refrigerant gas/liquid pipes and pipe for drain-up to mount the drain-up mechanism.
2. PVC Tube (VP25) must be used for the drain connection.
3. Lower the indoor unit 10mm when the drain-up mechanism is installed.
(In case of inclination beyond 10mm, it'll be water leakage or abnormal stoppage.)
4. Do not provide a trap or riser portion for the drain pipe. Install the pipe with a falling gradient of 1/25 ~
1/100.
5. Cover the drain pipe and refrigerant gas/liquid pipes with insulations in order to avoid dew condensation.
6. Do not take out and put in connectors frequently. Constant taking out and putting in can lead to a PCB
malfunction.
7. Install the indoor unit in a horizontal position only. An Inclined unit can result in water leakage or abnormal
stoppage.
8. Before shipment, the accessory drain-up pipe's height from the upper surface of the unit is set to 600 mm,
which can be lowered to 150 mm. If making the height lower, cut the pipe on site.
9. After installing the drain-up mechanism, sound of drain water flowing can be heard. This is the sound
made when the drain water is discharged and so there are no safety concerns.
