NOTE: Check items after the installation
Thermal breaker
Check to see that the gap between the thermal breaker and the
heat roller is 1.25 ± 0.25mm when the pressure is released (*).
* Note
A pressure is applied to the roller when the following two conditions
are satisfied. Be sure to release the pressure before check.
1. The upper frame is closed.
2. The paper exit tray is put down.

1. Cabinet removal
A. Cabinet
(1) Lift and remove original cover 1.
(2) Remove original cover guide L 2 and table glass 3.
(3) Remove front cabinet 4.
(4) Open the upper frame unit.
(5) Remove the four screws which are fixing rear cabinet 5. Dis-
