TROUBLESHOOTING

Check that the freezer is plugged into the mains socket properly and
that the outlet is switched on.
Try adjusting the temperature control knob to a colder position.
Check that the freezer is placed on a level surface.
Turn the temperature control knob to a colder setting and allow
several hours for the temperature to stabilize.
Door is kept open too long or is opened too frequently. Warm
air enters the freezer every time the door is opened. Open the door
less often.
Check that the door is closed completely.
Ensure that the door gasket does not seal properly.
A large amount of warm or hot food might have been stored
recently. Wait until the freezer has reached its set temperature.
Condensation may condense on the exterior of the appliance
and the door during hot and humid days or depending on the
place of installation. This occurs when the humidity is high and
water particles on the cold surfaces. This is normal. Wipe away
condensation with a dry cloth.
Check that the freezer is on a level surface.
Check that the gasket is not dirty.
Check that the storage basket is in position.
