Make sure the Unit IDs are not duplicated:
Unit ID
set to 3

13.4 GPS Power Control

The onboard GPS can be turned on or off. The GPS Power
Control screen is shown here:
GPS Status: On
Turn Off?
Press [Y/+] to change the power status, or press [N/-] to skip to
next menu screen, GPS Coordinates Output.
