Disconnect the power supply from
the wall extractor before carrying
out any work on it, even when
replacing lamps. Turn OFF power
circuit at the service panel.
You yourself are responsible for
ensuring that the unit is in a perfect
condition and for using it properly.
Owing to the risk of fire, you must
not leave food to fry under the wall
extractor without supervision. Over-
greased filters are a fire risk!
If the filter mat is very greasy, we
advise you to clean the filter before
the prescribed interval has elapsed.
Failure to observe the cleaning
instructions poses a fire risk.

Dishes must not be flambéed under
the hood.
When cooking on a gas cooker,
always put lids on pots and pans.
If malfunctions should occur, contact
your dealer or Gaggenau after-sales
service. In doing so, please specify
the type of unit concerned (the
rating plate is visible after removing
the grease filter in the interior).
