b Thread the top cover stitch thread in order as shown.
NOTE:
Do not push the top cover stitch thread guide (E) to
the right while threading.

Draw the top cover stitch thread under the presser
foot diagonally as shown and draw 4" (10 cm) of the
thread.

Lower the presser foot lifter.
Refer to "Beginning of the seam for top cover stitch"
on page 38 for starting to sew the top cover stitch.

Hold the thread at both ends and tug gently to ensure
