3. Error code E13 (Overheating at the heat exchanger)
If error E13 appears, carry out the following operations and controls:
Check the wiring and the connections,
Check the water pressure in the installation. Check that the boiler circulating pump is working.
Check the overheating safety thermostat at the heat exchanger : if triggered, replace the heat exchanger
Check thermal fuse (dry contact) : if triggered, replace it, and adress the cause of the overheating.
Check the tightening of the heat exchanger front plate.
In case of bad tightness, replace defective parts, the front plate insulation disk and the front plate gasket.
