4. Service operations
The front plate insulation disk is an important part to ensure safe operation of the boiler and must therefore be in good
condition. A damaged front plate insulation disk can lead to leakage on the flue gas side.
Check the front plate insulation disk for cracks, damage, moisture, ageing or distortion. In case of doubt or anomaly,
replace the front plate insulation disk and put in place the thermal fuse if not yet installed.
For optimum safety, we advise replacing the front plate insulation disk every 2 year(s).

- Check systematically the heat exchanger front plate insulation
disk when the front panel is removed. Replace the front plate
insulation disk if in doubt or if there are abnormalities.
- At each opening, imperatively replace the gasktet.
Ensure proper positioning of the gasket !
- Fit the burner with caution.
- Put in place the ignition electrode with caution.
