1. Turn off all the power supplies;
2. Supply power with battery pack.
1. Connect to the household outlet (mains electricity)
to charge the battery pack;
1. Please confirm that the range of AC input voltage is
100 V-240 V. If it cannot be confirmed or the voltage
is normal, please try the following methods;
2. Turn off the power supply (including the battery
pack), and restart the unit;
3. Check whether firmware updates are available.
1. Please confirm that the range of DC (XT150 and
XT60 ports) input voltage is 11 V-60 V. If it cannot
be confirmed or the voltage is normal, please try the
