Press and hold the ENTER button for 3 seconds to activate the remote control. FIRE will be displayed and ON will be
blinking. Press ENTER to swtich ON the appliance. The lamps light up and the flame effect sets in after approx. 45 seconds.
Adjust the Flame Setting
With the remote control activated. FIRE will be displayed and OFF flashes on the display. Press UP button until FIRE symbol
flashes. Press ENTER. The current flame setting will be displayed F1-F6. Press the UP and DOWN buttons to adjust the
setting, product beep once selection is been made. After you have selected your flame setting press BACK to exit the menu
and return to the home screen.
Select the Heater Setting
You have the option of setting the heating high (HI), low (LO) or completely interrupting heating (OFF). Connect the remote
control to the device if you have not already done so. Use the UP and DOWN buttons to navigate to the symbol
flashes.
Press the ENTER key 21°C is displayed on the screen and OFF flashes, heating starts. Then press and hold the ADV
button until HI/LO or OFF appears (the respective default setting flashes). Use UP and DOWN buttons to select the setting
you want. Confirm your setting with the ENTER key. The screen goes back and 21°C is displayed OFF flashes. If you now
confirm OFF with the enter key, the heating switches off and the screen goes back to the home screen.
NOTE: With the OFF setting, heating is completely switched off and cannot be started using the hand setting. If heating is
required, we recommend the setting LO or HI.
Setting the Thermostat
With the remote control activated. Navigate with the up / down buttons to the hand symbol
. The hand symbol flashes.
Press the ENTER key 21°C appears and the heating starts, OFF flashes. However, this only applies if the presetting LO or
HI has been made before. The heating operation runs until the room temperature of 21°C is reached. With the up / down
buttons you can adjust your desired temperature if necessary. If you choose to switch off the heating operation you can
interrupt the heating by pressing ENTER button while OFF flashing. The program then goes back to home screen.
Thermal Safety Cut-out
A thermal safety cut-out is incorporated in the fan heater to prevent damage due to overheating. This can happen if the heat
outlet was restricted in any way. If the cut-out operates, unplug the heater from the socket outlet and allow approximately
10 minutes before reconnecting. Before switching the heater back on remove any obstruction that may be restricting the
heat outlet, then continue normal operation.
CAUTION: In order to avoid a hazard due to inadvertent resetting of the thermal cutout, this appliance must not be supplied
through an external switching device, such as a timer, or connected to a switch that is regularly switched on and off by the
utility.
Setting the Date and Time
To set the date and time on the heater; with the remote control activated navigate UP/DOWN button to Date & Time icon

3. Press < and > to set the Minutes, press Enter to confirm the time
4. Press < and > to set the Day, press Enter
5. Press < and > to set the Month, press Enter
6. Press < and > to set the Year, press Enter to confirm the year
7. Press < and > to select ON/OFF for the Daylight saving time, press Enter to confirm and returns to home screen.
