HOW TO ADJUST THE PEDALING RESISTANCE
To increase the resistance of the pedals, turn
the resistance knob (G) clockwise; to decrease the
resistance, turn the knob counterclockwise.

IMPORTANT: Stop turning the resistance knob (G)
when turning becomes difficult, or damage may
result.
HOW TO LEVEL THE ELLIPTICAL
If the elliptical
rocks slightly on
your floor during
use, turn one
or both of the
leveling caps (H)
on the rear sta-
bilizer until the
rocking motion
is eliminated.
