7.3 Profiles Loading

In the left column of the Profiles interface, you can delete/ add/ rename/ Lock profiles by clicking the
icons of
Note: Locked parameters cannot be edited.
Click lock key
to lock the selected profile, the icon is also displayed on the right of the profile
name; if you want to unlock the profile name, select it again,the lock key at the bottom becomes the
unlock key
, click the unlock key and confirm as prompted
Here, in addition to the "Default" profiles, up to 17 profiles can be added, which can be called directly
before and during count.
Each profile defines the count parameters (size, brightness, circularity and fluorescence intensity) to
simplify the workflow. After selecting a profile, click [Load] to apply the specified count parameter to
all new cell counts. Users already completing counting, are allowed to apply the new count settings to
the current count results (total cells, viability, etc.) and all new counts by loading new data from the
Results interface.

7.4 Sample Preparation

The instructions below should be followed for the best results:
1)
Make sure to mix the cell suspension well before drawing the cell sample. After the cell sample has
been standing for a long time, it is necessary to flick the tube or pipette the cell suspension gently
and draw the sample from the centre of the tube rather than its bottom.
