IR Port Verification

If you are using MET/CAL to do performance testing over the Meter's IR
port, it is not necessary to perform this verification test.
1. Connect the Infrared Serial Cable to the USB port of a PC, with windows 98 or later,

3. On the PC, go to "Start", and under Programs, Accessories, open "HyperTerminal"
