1. Hold the tool holder (4b) and the spindle with
both wrenches fixed. Unscrew the tool holder
nut by turning the wrench on the tool holder
and blocking the spindle with the other wrench.
2. Insert the desired tool into the collet chuck.
3. Hold the spindle with the wrench in this
position. Tighten the tool holder nut with the

Operation

1. The air rod grinder is equipped with an R ¼" air inlet (4c). For your
own safety it is not recommended to use a permanent connection
between the air rod grinder and the air hose, but use the plug nipple
(4d) instead.
2. Seal the end of the plug nipple with Teflon tape before you screw it
onto the air connection.
The air rod grinder has to be provided with lubricating oil during
operation. Before each use add oil through the plug nipple (4d).
Alternatively you can use an oil-fog lubricator. Also pay attention to the
chapter "Lubrication".
3. Connect the plug nipple of the air rod grinder to the compressor.
Switch on the compressor and setup a pressure of max. 6.3 bar.
4. Press the trigger (4a) to operate the device. The trigger is also used to
control the rotation speed. The deeper the trigger is pressed, the faster
the unit runs.
