Migrate the voice data recorded to Voice Response System (VRS)?
Replace the SV8300 CPU Chassis and blade with SV9300 CPU Chassis and blade.
Reconnect bus, RS and network cabling if required. (See the SV9300 System Hardware Manual.)
[Required Time: About 30 minutes]
NOTE 1: For preventive maintenance of the power supply, replacing the SV8300 chassis with SV9300
chassis is recommended.
NOTE 2: After a migration from SV8300 to SV9300, some equipment becomes unavailable. See (12) in
'Migration Conditions' for details.

CHAPTER 2 MIGRATION PROCEDURE
When the CPU built-in memory (SRAM) is
specified as a memory for the VRS
(CM08>896: 1), save the voice data stored in
the SV8300 CPU built-in memory (SRAM).
[Required Time: About 5 minutes]
* When saving the voice data, specify the
Office Data Area Name: "Voice data of VRS
(SRAM)" on the [System Data
Save/Load/Verify] menu of SV8300 PCPro.
(Refer to SV8300 PC Programming
Manual.)
NOTE 1: SV8300 R7 or higher is required to
assign an Office Data Area Name.
NOTE 2: When using PCPro with SV8300 R6
or before, specify 82 for the System
Data Area Number, because a
System Data Area Name cannot be
assigned.
When the CF memory is specified as a
memory for the VRS (CM08>896: 0). Save
the voice data stored in the SV8300 CF
memory.
