EXPLANATION OF SYMBOLS USED This symbol indicates a potential danger for you or for the device.

    PREPARATION OF THE COATING MATERIAL Fill test cup then Hold up and measure the time in seconds until the liquid empties out. This time is called “Runout Time in Seconds”. NOTE: Stir the spraying material thoroughly before measuring and fill into the canister.
  • Page 9 ASSEMBLY/ DISASSEMBLY OF THE SPRAY GUN For assembly, insert the spray attachment into the main body. Push the lock knob down and then turn the knob to the lock point. To remove the spray attachment, turn the knob to the unlock point, detach the spray attachment from the main body.

    - Put the machine down only on a level, clean surface. Otherwise the machine could tip over! ADJUSTING THE DESIRED SPRAY SETTING Three different spray jet settings can be chosen on the spray gun, depending on the application and target object. WARNING! Danger of injury! Never pull the trigger guard while adjusting the air cap.

    TRANSPORTATION CAUTION! Full containers have to be closed tightly when transported in the container. Do not lay the case on its side if it contains full containers of paint. CLEANING THE PRODUCT In order to ensure smooth operations, the machine has to be cleaned thoroughly every day.
  • Page 14 WARNING! - When cleaning devices with flammable solvents, disconnect the device from the mains supply and clean thoroughly with a brush and cloth. Before starting the device up again, ensure that all traces of solvents are removed thoroughly. Allow the cleaned parts to dry completely. 5- Connect spray attachment and main body.

    11- Clean the outside of the container with a cloth soaked in solvent or water. MAINTENANCE WARNING! Never operate the machine without the air filter; dirt could be sucked in and interfere with the function of the machine. Disconnect plug before changing parts.
