INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
Contour Trims 3-Sided 746CTK / 747DTK
Approved for use with Valor models 738/739 and
RF24B heaters fi tted with RA24ZC ONLY
The Contour 3-Sided Trims 746CTK (black) and 747DTK
Deluxe (black) are intended to be used on any Valor G3
738 or 739 appliances, or on a Retrofire RF24B when
installed in a RA24ZC Zero Clearance Kit fitted with any
inner front.
Installation of the Contour Trim does not affect
clearances, framing dimensions or other specifications
listed in the appliance installation manual.
Installation
1. Slide the corner connection plates into the extruded
channels of the sides and top trim pieces. Butt the
mitered corners together. Fit the grub screws and
tighen while maintaining the fit of the miter. Repeat
with the other corner.

2. Attach the 2 trim mounting brackets to the side trim
pieces with 3 screws for each side. The brackets
should be flush at the bottom as indicated.
Trim Mounting Brackets
(supplied with heater)
Install bottom of bracket flush
with bottom of extruded trim.
3. Attach the complete trim unit to the firebox with 4
screws as shown.
