Always remove the battery before carrying out any maintenance.
Daily maintenance is essential for keeping the tool in optimum condition.
If maintenance is not carried out correctly or carried out by unauthorised or unqualified personnel, the
efficiency of the tool may reduce significantly and increase the risk of accidents that could have serious
consequences.
The maintenance operations described in § 9.1 are those that the operator may carry out independently.
For any adjustments or malfunctioning of the torque wrench, please contact CEMBRE (See § 12).

9.1 GENERAL MAINTENANCE

Before use, check on a daily basis:
The tool in its entirety (fitting of the various components).
The correct function and integrity of the control switches.
Battery charge and integrity.
Integrity of the rainproof cover (15) of the battery compartment; it should not show any cuts or abrasions. If
it is damaged, it must be replaced immediately.
After use:
Clean the tool of dust and dirt using a clean cloth.
Clear the air inlets beside the motor.
9.1.1) Inspection of screws (every 5 hours of operation)
Check all screws and tighten if necessary.
9.1.2) General inspection (every 60 hours of operation)
Check the function of the torque wrench in its entirety.
