Assemble the right and left side sub-assemblies as shown in the
Fig. 26. Tighten the bolts so that movement is possible.
Determine the position of the system on the roof according to the
guidelines in section 9 INSTALLATION AREA of this manual. Mark
the position of the holes for the front two feet (Fig. 27) as indicated
in table 3.

Note: The recommended dimensions are indicative. Always check
them according to the specific installation conditions.
Anchor the front feet in correspondence with the holes using the
special fixing screws WITHOUT tightening them completely (Fig.
28).
Make sure the collector rails are parallel and carefully lower the
collector panel into position (Fig. 29).
9
Do not remove the collector cover! Remove it only after the
collector has been connected and filled with heat transfer
fluid.
Adjust the position of the front feet if necessary and install the 4
collector securing bolts (Fig. 30).
NOTE: Use 24mm (wide) washers. Tighten the collector bolts and
then tighten the front anchors.
Raise the collector in a controlled manner and set it to the desired
inclination (Fig. 31) following what is indicated in table 3.
Temporarily secure the collector in position and ensure that the
support struts are parallel. Mark and drill appropriate holes on the
roof surface (Fig. 32).
Install the appropriate anchors at the rear feet (Fig. 33). Appropri-
ately seal for moisture and water ingress according the roof mate-
rial and operating conditions. Check all bolts for tightness. Check
the system for any movement.

Do not remove the collector cover! Remove it only after the
collector has been connected and filled with heat transfer

BRACKETS KIT FOR MORE THAN ONE COLLECTOR
To install more than one collector, use the special "EXTENTION +1
COLL. 2mq "A" FR 30-45 ° "o EXTENTION +1 COLL. 2.5mq "A" FR
30-45 ° (as shown in Fig. 34) depending on the size of the panel,
able to extend the clamping system. For quantities and elements
see tables B and C.
For the installation procedure follow the steps previously described
in the bracket kit section for two collectors.
Assemble the right and left side sub-assemblies of the first collec-
2
tor as shown in the Fig. 35.
Note the connecting elements (S1-S2-S3) at the left side where the
second collector will be attached. Tighten the bolts so that move-
ment is possible.
Determine the position of the array system on the roof according to
the guidelines in section 9 INSTALLATION AREA of this manual.
The clamping of more than one collector is built by installing the
units successively and moving from the right to the left of viceversa.
Determine where the first collector will be installed and mark the
position of the holes for the front two feet as indicated in table 4.
Drill appropriate holes for the anchors. In the Fig. 36 the extension
is built leftside.

Do not remove the collector cover! Remove it only after the
collector has been connected and filled with heat transfer
fluid.
Install the next collector rail sub-assembly as shown in the Fig. 38
and tighten the bolts.
Install the next support bar on the remaining side of the additional
manifold (Fig. 39). Install the male-male hydraulic fittings (M1) on
the junction side of the manifold. For quantities and elements refer
to tables B and C.
NOTE: In case this is not the final manifold of the bracket, the dou-
ble feet must be installed as shown in STEP 1.
