Uncover the tiles in the lowest and highest part of the area where
the collectors will be installed. Install the hooks for positioning the
support bars of the panels (for quantities and elements see table A)
on the vertical bearing beams, using suitable screws, as indicated
in the drawing below (Fig. 13). Make sure that the distances A and
B (Fig. 12) between the hooks are set according to what is indica-
ted in table 1.

Note: the recommended dimensions are indicative and refer to a
standard roof. Always check them according to the specific instal-
lation conditions.
Replace the roof tiles and install the two longitudinal base sections
(C-D, Fig. 14) onto the support brackets. Make use of the telescop-
ic feature of the sections to adjust them to the appropriate length.
Install the two horizontal beams (E, Fig. 15) that support the col-
lector. The distance F between the two horizontal beams (E, Fig.
15) must be set according to table 2, to adapt to the height of the
collector.

Attach the lower beam first, then slide the upper beam up to
facilitate collector installation.

Use the extensions (P1-P2, Fig. 16) supplied with the kit for
the installation of 2.5m
collectors.
2
The 2.0m
collector does not need extensions.
2
Place the collector/s on the lower support beam and tighten the
fixing bolts (Fig. 17).
9
Do not remove the collector cover! Remove it only after the
collector has been connected and filled with heat transfer fluid.
Insert the flat head bolts inside the slots in order to join the upper
horizontal bar with the longitudinal bars (Fig. 19). Slide the top sup-
port beam against the collector, then tighten the hex head bolts on
the collector (Fig. 18). Finally fix the upper support beam on the
longitudinal sections by tightening the flat head bolts, previously

BRACKETS KIT FOR TWO COLLECTORS
Assemble the system as shown in Fig. 20. Refer to tables 1 and
2 to adjust the longitudinal and lateral extension of the clamping.
Place the assembled base on the roof, remove the tiles near the
hooks, then adjust the installation according to the position of the
beams (Fig. 21). Properly fix the structure to the roof, making sure
the installation is well sealed.
Tighten all bolts and replace the roof tiles (Fig. 22).
mm
Install the first collector on the rails (Fig. 23) and tighten collector
bolts (see section for single collector installation - steps 4 and 5).
9
Do not remove the collector cover! Remove it only after the
collector has been connected and filled with heat transfer
fluid.
Install the male to male hydraulic connections on the first collector
and slide the second collector into place.
Take care not to damage the absorber tubes (Fig. 24). Install the
collector bolts.
Tighten the hydraulic connections and then tighten the collector
bolts.
BRACKETS KIT FOR MORE THAN TWO COLLECTORS
To install from 3 to 10 collectors, use the special "EXTENSION. +1
COLL. 2-2.5 A under tile IR" (as shown in Fig. 25) able to extend
the bracket system to two collectors. The extension is allowed on
both sides. For the installation procedure follow the steps previous-
