3 DESCRIPTION OF THE APPLIANCE

The solar collectors are flat collectors that feature a harp with 12
8 mm copper pipes; these are welded with a laser welding on the
aluminum absorber (which has a thickness of 0.4 mm).
This type of collector allows you to maximize the transfer of heat
from the absorber to the hydraulic pipes and then to the fluid con-
tained in the panel.
The main technical elements of the solar collector design are:
− Aluminum absorbing plate (absorber) with TiNOX treatment.
− Hydraulic fittings with Ø 22.
− Glass with low iron content, tempered, prismatic, 3.2 mm
thick.
− Glass and frame are sealed using a polymeric materi-
al (Colofast®) which offers a perfect connection between
glass and steel, strength making the two elements perfectly
integral. It is also waterproof and offers a perfect finish.
− The insulation is in glass wool with a density of 40 kgr / m3
and a thickness of 30 mm.
− Easy and flexible installation on flat roofs and pitched roofs,
using the special brackets available as an accessory.
