The InHand CR200 Series may lose internet connection after five minutes due to issues with the SIM card or dial-up configuration. Possible reasons include:
- The SIM card is not enabled with data service or has been suspended due to overdue charges. - Incorrect dial-up parameters such as APN, dial-up number, username, or password. - The device may need a restart or reconfiguration if using a private network SIM card. - Checking the dial-up status in "Status" can confirm if the router is connected with an IP address.
If the issue persists, disabling and restarting the dial-up function may help.
