PR Mode (Scanner + Printer)
1. Connect the Printer Cable to either of the ports at the rear of the MSP 3500.
NOTE:
The MSP 3500 Printer will support two DV Plus Scanners connected to it like. If
you intend to use this type of configuration, it is possible for the Printer to print
an identifier on each print so the operators can distinguish between which
scanner the prints came from.
This is enabled in the DV Plus Function Mode, "S7". See the User's Manual of
the scanner for more details.
2. Connect the Printer Cable to the scanner.
3. Power on the Printer and the scanner.
4. After the Printer has initialized enter the Function mode on the scanner.
* Select Fb → START key is turned ON, it will display as follows.
6. Test the machine operation.
For MSP3500 : Fb → Pr →
For MSP3000 : Fb → Pr →
35 → Fb
30 → Fb
