    1. DESCRIPTION The hot display case is meant for hot food. Its main features and dimensions are clearly illustrated in drawings 1, 2 on page 4. As for its weights, crating included and excluded, see table I on page 5. A wide variety of optional accessories enabling enhanced functions is also available.

    IN CASE OF DAMAGE: keep the unit away from flames or ignition sources. Ventilate the premises well for a few minutes. Switch the unit off, pull out the power plug. Inform an Authorized Service Centre. Repairs are carried out only by persons trained or recommended by the manufacturer CAUTION: maintenance should be carried out only by qualified personnel.

    • The wall main switch may be off. If power failure is not due to any of the above causes, call the nearest after-sales service immediately, empty the display case and store the foods in surfaces that may ensure preservation temperature.
